My academic life started at Visitation Kindergarden school. Went there for about 2 years and then joinned the Aryan Vedic Hindu Aided Primary school for my primary education. The school was great and I had some wonderful teachers and friends. If I can recall right, my teachers were Mrs. Ramdenee for 1st and 2nd grade, Mrs. Gooly for 3rd and 4th Grade and Mr. Seeboruth for 5th and 6th Grade. I enjoyed all of them and I hope the same from their side :) I concluded my primary education by taking the Certificate of Primary Education (CPE) National Examinations and came out 49th in the whole country. That allowed me to have my pick of the best schools to pursue my secondary education.
I chose the Royal College Curepipe (RCC) for my secondary education. RCC is considered to be one of the best boy's school in Mauritius and I really do feel it has been for me, as not only it taught me academics, but most important of all, friendship, life, and all the other good stuff one needs to be successful in life. School life there was great ! Very memorable times and I still am in touch with many from these days. Now most of my classmates from these days are all well established in life in every professional fields. Some of the teachers which were very memorable for me were Mrs. Labonne (french teacher), Mr. Mowjee (English and GP teacher), Mr.Pittea (Maths Teacher), Mr. Oochit (Computer Studies Teacher), Mr. Saverichard (Maths Teacher), Mrs. Purmessur (Physics Teacher) and Mr. Ramsurrun (Hindi Teacher). Of course, every other teacher had a big role to define me, but the few I mentionned were the ones that I remember and liked the most.
After high school at the Royal College Curepipe in Mauritius, I went to the University of Mississippi and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (with honors) degree in May 2000 and then got my Masters degree from the same University in Dec 2001.
